PURPOSE: A quick-curable heat-insulating material composition using a polymethylmethacryl resin is provided to prevent the transfer of outside heat to the inside, and to complement physical and chemical properties. CONSTITUTION: A quick-curable heat-insulating material composition using a polymethylmethacryl resin for polyurea waterproofing paint comprises a base material part and a hardener part. The base material part includes 50~65 weight% polymethacryl resin, 5~10 weight% coloring pigment, 0.2~2 weight% dispersing agent, 0.2~2 weight% antifoaming agent, 0.2~2 weight% UV stabilizer, 5~20.5 weight% acrylic rubber, 1~5 weight% paraffin wax and 13~21 weight% hollow glass bubbles. The hardener part comprises 40~50 weight% benzoyl peroxide and 50~60 weight% dioctylphthalate. |
