A fastening means with a joining means (10) comprising a head (12) and a shaft (14), a clip (20) which is fastenable in an opening (32) of a structural element (30) and comprises an opening (22) or recess for receiving the shaft of the joining means, and a helical spring (40) comprising a first section (42) mounted to the joining means and a second section (44) mounted to the clip, wherein in an unloaded condition of the helical spring (40) the head (12) of the joining means (10) is disposed in a distance from the clip (20) and the helical spring (40) is disposed such that it is compressed between the head (12) of the joining means (10) and the clip (20) when the shaft (14) of the joining means (10) is moved into the opening (22) or recess of the clip (20).
