<p>A motor includes a motor rotor (2) having some magnetic steel sheets (3) attached thereto and a stator (1) using a double-coil two-group winding method. Slot holes are formed on silicon steel sheets of the motor rotor (2). The magnetic steel sheets (3) are fixedly installed in the slot holes. A phase, B phase and C phase of the motor stator (1) are wound by the double-coil in two-group respectively. The invention combines a zero-magnetoresistance magnetic circuit design with a new coil embedding process for the stator, thus achieving low slot fill factor, easy coil embedment, simple production process, easy assembly and high finished product rate. The invention can be widely applied to the driving of an electric car, an electric tricycle, an electric motorcycle, an electric bicycle and so on. The invention has following advantages: small eddy current, fast acceleration, small discharge current, low temperature, high torque, electricity-saving in sliding mode and so on.</p> |
