PURPOSE: A digital mirror device and a control method thereof for overlapping a clothing image are provided to supply an image in which a user wears the clothes by overlapping a user image and a clothing image on a display unit. CONSTITUTION: An image obtainer(110) obtains a user image. A display unit(120) displays the user image and the stored clothes image. A controller(130) overlaps the user image and the clothes image on the display unit. The controller controls the size of the clothes image suitable for the size of the user image and overlaps the user image and the clothes image.
