PURPOSE: An outdoor exercise device is provided, which enables a user to easily exercise by softly controlling rotation of a hydraulic cylinder using fluid pressure. CONSTITUTION: An outdoor exercise device comprises: a fluid pressure oil tank(110) which is connected to the lower part of a seat back and is connected and fixed to a supporting frame by a rotary shaft; a handle lever(120) controlling discharge quantity of oil; a hydraulic cylinder(130) offering linear reciprocating motion of a piston by being delivered with oil through an oil supply line; and a hydraulic piston pump(140) rotating the seat back.
