POWER CONTROL SYSTEM FOR DISPLAY MODULE WITH EXTERNAL DC-DC CONVERTOR

PURPOSE: A power control system for display module with an external dc-dc convertor is provided to minimize the volume of the device by reducing the number of a pin of a host and a connector. CONSTITUTION: A display module(30) shows an image according to image data. A DC-DC converter(20) is included outside a display module. The DC-DC converter supplies power to the display module. A host(10) generates a control signal. The control signal controls the display module. The control signal is outputted through a signal output pin for the control signal. The connector is connected to a signal output pin for the control signal. The connector supplies the control signal to the DC-DC converter and the display module. The DC-DC converter control power supply.
