PURPOSE:To shorten processing time, eliminate such devices as a supersonic device and the like, enhance product efficiency and provide good appearance by inserting a hand grip beforehand inside a mold of an injection molding machine and injecting an injection molding material. CONSTITUTION:At a resin injection hole 11 of one of injection molds 9 (injection resin layer forming mold), a through-hole 18 of a resin hand grip 15 with a through-hole 8 at the top (fixed section) is registered. The hand grip 15 is mounted beforehand on said injection mold 9. On the other injection mold 19, a multi-layer base 23 is mounted, and after said molds are clamped, resin is injected from the resin injection hole 11 to the rear of the resin hand grip 15 in a cavity 21 through the through-hole 18. By said arrangement, injected resin is laminated on the multi-layer base surface 23 to form an injected resin layer 22 of a covery main body section 20. Further, a fixed section 16 of the hand grip is mounted on the injected resin to integrate the hand grip and the cover main body section. |
