FIELD: physics. ^ SUBSTANCE: method of forming matrix triads of light filters for active-matrix liquid crystal screens involves successive formation of dyed polymer discrete microreliefs on a substrate using three dyed light-sensitive compositions. Each light-sensitive composition contains a dye of a defined colour gamma and a bis-diazonaphthalinone derivative or a product of polycondensation of isophthalic acid dichloride with 3,3'-dihyroxy-4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane and bis-diazonaphthalinone derivative. Before depositing the next dyed layer, each formed dyed microrelief undergoes thermal processing at 200-220C for 15-20 minutes. ^ EFFECT: method reliably ensures formation of a high-resolution dyed microrelief and band-pass filters on different substrates, including glass substrates, without using a protective polymer layer and can be used to form active-matrix liquid crystal screens, giving narrow-band contrast lines. ^ 3 cl, 1 tbl, 10 ex |
