发明名称 DISK CLAMPING MECHANISM FOR DISK PLAYER
摘要 PURPOSE:To always attain an accurate disk alignment by utilizing the inner circumferential wall of a throughhole so as to align the disk. CONSTITUTION:As an inserting member inserted to a throughhole 1a at the center of the disk 1, a conical projection 8 is formed at the center of a turntable 2. In inserting the projection 8 to the throughhole 1a, the disk 1 and a sphere 10 are abutted with each other at the circumferential ridge (corner) of the throughhole 1a, then the sphere 10 is pushed against the repulsive force of a coil spring 12 in the inner direction of the projection by the self weight of the disk or the pressing force of a pressing member 15 and the disk 1 is abutted on the sphere 10 at the inner circumferential wall of the throughhole 1a. In this case, three spheres 10 are energized uniformly toward the outside in the radial direction of the turntable by the repulsive force of the coil spring 12 and depressed to the inner circumferential wall of the throughhole 1a. Thus, the alignment of the disk 1 utilizing the inner circumferential wall of the throughhole 1a is attained.
