<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design panel manufacturing method capable of suppressing light leakage from an inappropriate place by a simple means. <P>SOLUTION: The design panel manufacturing method manufactures a design panel having a plate panel body 11 made of a synthetic resin. The panel body 11 includes a light transmission part 11b having light transmissivity and irradiated with illuminating light from a backside BS, and a shielding part 11a for preventing the diffusion of light passing through the light transmission part 11b. The method includes the step of forming the shielding part 11a by irradiating a specific part of the synthetic resin having light transmissivity to construct the panel body 11 with a laser beam L, and partially changing the color of the synthetic resin of this part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
