<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology allowing to perform various image processing and detection and a determination process with the same resources (image processing units) while using image data for processing, including pixel values and attribute values associated with the pixel values. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing device includes a connection module connected to a first and a second image processing submodule to move image data from one of the connected image processing submodule to the other of the image processing submodules. At least one of the first and second image processing submodules includes a first operating mode in which the result of image processing on the pixel values of the image data input from the connection module is output as an output pixel value, and a second operating mode in which the result of image processing on the pixel values of the image data input from the connection module is output as an output attribute value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
