<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component mounting device such that a rotary multi-nozzle type mounting head is shortened in response time of vacuum suction, and made compact in size on the whole. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of suction nozzle units 20 are concentrically arranged at equal intervals on a rotary body 12 which makes an index rotation, and pluralities of valve units 21 and filters 22 are concentrically arranged outside the suction nozzle units 20. A suction hole 11b provided in a rotary shaft 11 and connected to a vacuum suction source, and the valve units 21 are connected in the rotary body 12 thorough flow passage holes 12b arranged radially between the plurality of suction nozzles units 20, the valve units 21 and filters are connected through flow passage holes 13c, and the filters 22 and suction nozzle units 20 are connected through flow passage holes 13e. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
