PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely position an elastic body and a second mounting member at a predetermined position in the direction of opening inside the accommodation cavity of a first mounting member. SOLUTION: A rebound stopper 18 contacts the inner surface of the accommodation cavity 11. On the tip ends 17a and press-fit grooves 16 of feet 17 and the rebound stopper 18 and the accommodation cavity 11, engaging parts 20, 21, 22, 23 are separately formed that restrict the relative movement of the first mounting member 12 and the elastic body 14 in the direction of opening of the accommodation cavity 11.
