PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning sheet for effectively collecting refuse easy or not easy to be entangled in fiber. SOLUTION: The cleaning sheet 100 covers a lower face of a cleaning tool and is attached to the cleaning tool. The cleaning sheet 100 includes a base sheet 110, fiber aggregates 120 which are formed of the fiber 121 oriented and aggregated in a front and rear direction and which are joined to a lower face of the base sheet 110, and an adhesion part 130 formed on the lower face of the base sheet 110 for adhering and collecting the refuse. In the cleaning sheet 100, an adhesion region R1 having the adhesion part 130 and aggregate regions R2 having the fiber aggregates 120 are arranged so as to be adjacent in the front and rear direction. Lengths B1 and B2 of free ends of the fiber 121 are equal to or shorter than the length from a joint part 122 for joining the fiber aggregate 120 with the base sheet 110 to the adhesion part 130 adjacent to the joint part 122.
