PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily explore a ground installed with a structure by an injection device for a solidifying material serving as an exploring material. SOLUTION: This injection device 1 for the solidifying material serving as the exploring material includes a cylindrical body 10 for communicating the ground 3 partitioned by the structure 2, with a space 4, a water cut-off device 11 installed in an inside of the cylindrical body 10, to close the cylindrical body 10, a cylindrical rod 27 inserted with a shaft part 15a of a settlement measuring body 15 for measuring a settlement of the ground 3, to be installed in the inside of the cylindrical body 10, and for extending the settlement measuring body 15 from an opening end in a ground 3 side, and a valve device 28 for opening and closing the rod 27, in order to bring a measuring body P for measuring a position of the shaft part 15a into contact with the shaft part 15a, passed through from a space 4 side through the rod 27. The rod 27 is provided in the water cut-off device 11, and communicates the ground 3 side of the cylindrical body 10 closed by the water cut-off device 11, with the space side.
