The arrangement has a spring element (3) brought in effective connection with a base plate (1) and a vehicle part i.e. vehicle roof, for fixation of the base plate on the vehicle part. The spring element is designed in a u-shape in cross section and comprises resting hooks (9) at a side piece. The spring element is flexibly deformed by guiding of the spring element via an opening in the vehicle part. The spring element receives an original form, when the base plate is attached on the vehicle part in a partial laminar manner. Resting hooks engage a bottom side of the vehicle part.
