The assembly has a return valve (19) i.e. control valve, arranged at outside of a housing. A valve ball (21) is made of lightweight construction material e.g. glass, plastic and silicon nitride and aluminum oxide ceramic materials, where diameter of the ball is in a range of 2 mm to 5.5 mm. One end of a reverse valve spring (20) is supported as a pressure spring on the ball, and another end is supported on a ball retainer (23) for a hub of the ball, where diameter of the hub is in range of 0.15 mm to 0.8 mm. A side of the valve spring is turned on the ball from a valve seat (22).
