TRANSMISSION SYSTEM OF SUNLIGHT AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A solar energy transfer apparatus and a control method thereof are provided to maximize the collection efficiency of sunlight by the optimal adjustment of angles of a reflector and a condenser according to quantity of illumination of the sunlight which is incident to a light collector installed in shadow places. CONSTITUTION: A solar energy transfer apparatus comprise a controller(100), a reflector(200), and a condenser(300). The controller calculates azimuth and altitude angles of the sun(500) using position information and time information. The controller operates the reflector based on the calculated azimuth and altitude angles of the sun. The reflector comprises a reflecting mirror and first and second motors. The reflector reflects the incident sunlight and transmits the sunlight to the condenser. The condenser is installed in shadow spaces. The condenser condenses the sunlight reflected from the reflector and guides natural light. The reflector comprises a position detector and a limit switch.
