<p>FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: grain drying device includes jacket of rectangular section, surface of which is coated with a layer of heat insulation material, loading hopper, discharge window, transporting working element installed inside jacket, arranged in the form of continuous chain with scrapers, heating elements arranged between loading hopper and discharge window, and also cooling device, comprising fan and air duct. Air duct of cooling device is connected to jacket at equal distance from loading hopper and discharge window. Jacket is made with rectangular section, and a plate is installed inside in a horizontal manner. Transporting working element is arranged in the form of continuous chain with scrapers. At lower side of plate there are heating elements, besides, upper branch of chain with scrapers rests against plate. ^ EFFECT: application of this device makes it possible to efficiency of grain drying process and to improve quality of finished product. ^ 1 dwg</p> |
