The system has a transmitting unit for securely transmitting encrypted acoustic accreditations to a mobile phone (20) of an authorized user (18) via a mobile network operator (16). An electroacoustic transducer i.e. microphone (46), senses encrypted acoustic accreditations, and is reproduced by the telephone placed near a lock device (22). A recognizing, analyzing, and authenticating unit for recognizing, analyzing, and authenticating the sensed accreditations, and an electromechanical system controls the unlocking of a handle or a bolt, upon recognizing a compliant accreditation.
