PURPOSE: A method for forming a solar cell electrode using a transparent conductive oxide layer and a solar cell thereof are provided to omit a sintering processing at high temperatures by forming a metal electrode without a through material. CONSTITUTION: An anti-reflection layer(110), formed on a semiconductor substrate(100), is selectively eliminated, and an electrode pattern is formed on the semiconductor substrate. A transparent conductive oxide layer(120) is formed in an area from which the anti-reflection layer is eliminated. A metal electrode(130) is formed on the transparent conductive oxide layer. A seed layer(140) is formed between the transparent conductive oxide layer and the metal electrode. |
