PURPOSE: A repair control circuit and a repair circuit are provided to reduce unnecessary current consumption by blocking the supply of a driving voltage of a redundancy cell. CONSTITUTION: A fuse(F10) is interposed between a first node and a second node outputting a voltage control signal. A voltage drive unit(10) drives a driving voltage in response to a voltage control signal. A control signal generating unit(11) latches the signal of a second node in response to a driving voltage. A control signal generating part generates a repair control signal which controls the operation of a defective cell.
