PURPOSE: A connection apparatus of an alternator and a starter motor and a connection method thereof for reducing the length of a wire connecting a battery and the alternator is provided to increase the convenience of assembling by connecting wires with the battery. CONSTITUTION: A main terminal(10) includes a main connection hole and is formed in a main wire harness(14) which is connected to a battery. A joint terminal(20) includes a main installation hole in order to match with the main connection hole. The joint terminal includes first and second sub installation holes. A first sub terminal(30) includes the first sub connection hole in order to be connected to the joint terminal.
