PURPOSE: A generator for an absorptive heat pump is provided to improve regeneration and rectification efficiency by using waste water. CONSTITUTION: A generator(100) for an absorptive heat pump comprises a regeneration unit(110), a first inner barrel(111), and a second inner barrel. The regeneration unit obtains ammonia refrigerant vapor by vaporizing ammonia from an ammonia solution with high concentration. An ammonia solution with low concentration is produced by vaporizing a part of ammonia. A heat exchange coil covers the first inner barrel. The first and second inner barrels are arranged inside an outer barrel. An exhaust port is formed on the top of the second inner barrel. Multiple gas inlets are formed in the bottom side of the second inner barrel.
