PURPOSE: An information system connecting a mobile device and a bank server, an information process station and a method using a credit card are provided to integrate the transmission and management information of distribution based on a delivery confirming message. CONSTITUTION: An information processing station performs a communication with a bank server(30) of a mobile device. The information processing station includes a distribution information server and a cash flow information server(21). The distribution information server stores a delivery state message. The cash flow information server receives the delivery state message from the distribution information server.
