PURPOSE:To reduce the manpower for molding a skin part, by mixing thermoplastic resin material with inorganic filler and melting it, and then injecting it against a molding surface being kept at a temperature lower than that of said thermoplastic resin filled with inorganic filler to coat said molding surface and solidifying it. CONSTITUTION:Resin of high melt index, atactic polymer and inorganic filler are mixed together in a hopper 2, heated and molten at about 180-200 deg.C in a extruder 1, and then sent to a cylinder 3 each time by a certain quantity by means of a screw. An adequate number of spray guns 5 are supported in said cylinder 3 in such a manner that said spray guns are three-dimensionally movable. The surface of preheated foaming molds 6a, 6b is coated with molten resin by said spray guns 5. Said molten resin which is applied to said surface, cooled and hardened on said mold is removed, the surface part 7 thereof is added with urethane resin, foamed and molded by keeping it at a predetermined temperature. |
