摘要 PURPOSE: Chrysanthemum zawadskii herb flavored broth and a cooking method of hot noodles with the chrysanthemum zawadskii herb flavored broth are provided to produce a broth with a savory flavor by controlling the strong and bitter taste of chrysanthemum zawadskii herb. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of chrysanthemum zawadskii herb flavored broth comprises the following steps: boiling licorice, astragalus membranaceus, and chrysanthemum zawadskii in water to obtain a chrysanthemum zawadskii extract; boiling chrysanthemum zawadskii flower to obtain a chrysanthemum zawadskii flower scent extract; roasting anchovies, and boiling with the water to obtain anchovy stock; and mixing the chrysanthemum zawadskii extract, the chrysanthemum zawadskii flower scent extract, and the anchovy stock.
