ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY

摘要

PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display apparatus is provided to prevent the fleck of horizontal stripe caused by the impact of CD(Critical Dimension) distribution by implementing the size of the top and bottom electrodes differently. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor layer(212) is formed on a substrate(210). An insulating layer is formed on the semiconductor layer. A first electrode layer is formed on the domain on the insulating layer overlapped with the semiconductor layer. The first electrode layer is implemented in the shape of protruding from a scanning line.
