PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display apparatus is provided to prevent the Newton ring phenomenon by forming a convexo concave part on a position corresponding to a display area of sealant substrate. CONSTITUTION: A display region(120) is formed on a first substrate(110). The display region comprises a plurality of organic light emitting devices. A second substrate(140) comprises the concavo-convex region(C) and the flat portion(P) formed on a position corresponding to the display region. The flat portion is formed on the position corresponding to the area bonded to the inorganic sealant(150).
