摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To reduce the effect of noise due to the body movement or the like by detecting the fluctuation component and the nonfluctuation component of the pulsating pressure wave, determining the average blood pressure value based on them, and determining the blood pressure value based on the maximum value and the minimum value of these components. CONSTITUTION:A pressure chamber 24 is formed with a housing 18, a pulsating wave sensor 20, and a diaphragm 22. A pressure fluid is fed to this pressure chamber 24 from a motor pump 26 via a regulator valve 28. The output of the pulsating wave sensor 20 while the pressing force of the pulsating wave sensor 20 is gently changed is directly inputted to an A/D converter 36 and inputted to the A/D converter 36 via a low-path filter 40 detecting the DC component and a band-path filter 42 detecting the fluctuation component. A CPU 38 receives the output of the A/D converter 36 and continuously determines the average blood pressure value and the blood pressure value based on the DC component, fluctuation component, maximum value, and minimum value of the pressure pulsating wave detected in sequence.</p>
