摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To improve fitting accuracy to the mouth by preparing a denture impressed base mold material composite consisting of Al2O3, phosphate compound, basic metal oxide and a compound of each specific quantity of silica and ZrO2.SiO2. CONSTITUTION:A denture impressed base mold material composite is prepared by blending 10 to 30wt.% Al2O3, 9 to 18wt.% phosphate compound, 10 to 14wt.% basic metal oxide, 20 to 66wt.% SiO2 and 5 to 40wt.% ZrO2.SiO2. Using this composite, an alloy plate, enabling superplasticity to be shown in a temperature range of 700 to 900 deg.C further with an expansion rate within a range of 0.6 to 0.9% in the temperature range showing this superplasticity, is pressure molded, preparing a denture impressed base. By using the before said specific composition mold material forming by molding the alloy plate showing the plasticity, the metal made pressure plate of very good fitting accuracy to the mouth can be obtained.</p>
