<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a vibration-insulating gloves usable over a long period, by laminating a piece of unfoamed raw rubber and a raw rubber sheet for surface to the main body of cloth gloves, bonding the sheets under pressure, putting the laminate on a steric mold, foaming with heat and bonding the foamed rubber piece to the cloth. CONSTITUTION:A main body 2 of cloth gloves is placed on a flat mold 10 and a rubber paste layer 3b is formed on the main body with a rubber paste liquid. Unfoamed raw rubber pieces 4a are applied through the rubber paste layer 3b to the palm-side of the main body 2 excluding the joint parts in such a manner as to increase the foaming ratio from the finger tip to the palm. A raw rubber sheet 5a for surface is laminated to the main body 2 of the gloves, and the raw rubber sheet 5a and the unfoamed raw rubber pieces 4a are bonded under pressure using an upper mold 11 made of a sponge rubber. The objective vibration-insulating gloves is produced by putting the main body 2 of the cloth gloves on a steric mold and heating the body to effect the foaming and vulcanization of the unfoamed raw rubber pieces 4a and the vulcanization of the raw rubber sheet 5a for surface.</p> |
