PURPOSE: A transparent conductive polymer lubrication material composition and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the thermal conductivity and lubrication property by adding PTFE and improve the thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity by adding ITO. CONSTITUTION: The lubrication material composition includes 60-80 wt% of silicon oil, 20-35 wt% of PTFE ethylene powder, 1-5 wt% of fumed silica and 3-20 wt% of ITO powder. The mixture is stirred by a rotating stirrer. The defoamation of the bubble of the mixture is processed by rotating the stirred mixture in revolution or rotation direction.
