PURPOSE: A feedback transmission method in wireless communication system and an apparatus thereof are provided to implement the efficient feedback by minimizing the short term feedback information which is omitted by the transmission of the feedback information. CONSTITUTION: The information on the short-term feedback cycle and the long-term feedback cycle is received by a base station(S100). The short-term feedback information is transmitted to the base station on the first fast feedback channel at each short term feedback cycle(S110). The long-term feedback information is transmitted at the long-term feedback cycle on the first fast feedback channel.
