PURPOSE: A location register device of a mobile communication system and a system are provided to reduce unnecessary location register task of a terminal thereby increasing time of battery use of the terminal. CONSTITUTION: In case a terminal(800) moves between location areas from their border, a storage unit(850) stores a location area information list. A control unit(830) operates a timer according to the location area of the terminal. If the timer is expired, the control unit determines coincidence between information of the second location area corresponding to information of the first location and the terminated timer of the terminal. The control unit determines re-execution of location registration bout the second location area by a determination result. |
