PURPOSE: A ground-bonding method is provided to reduce remarkably the probability of mis-bonding by reflecting the fluctuated length as well as the progressing direction of a ground wire on the determination of a ground-bonding position. CONSTITUTION: A length L of a ground wire is calculated by adding a first fluctuated length ΔL of the ground wire to a set length Lt of the ground wire(S306). The first fluctuated length ΔL of the ground wire is determined by a second fluctuated length of an adjacent wire. A first progressing direction &thgr; of the ground wire is determined by a second progressing direction of the adjacent wire(S310). A corrected ground-bonding coordinate G(XG,YG) is obtained from a measured ground-pad coordinate P(XP,YP) by using the length L and the first progressing direction &thgr; of the ground wire(S312). |
