SYSTEM FOR CALCULATING SLIT CUTTING VALUE OF SHIP AND METHOD OF THEREOF

PURPOSE: A system and method of calculating the amount of slit to be cut are provided to increase working efficiency since the amount of slit to be cut required for a re-cutting operation to connect longi to slit is calculated. CONSTITUTION: A system for calculating the amount of slit to be cut comprises a cutting-amount controller(120) and a panel controller. The cutting-amount controller connects a small member to a panel using a unit-assembly measuring file and a panel measuring file. The cutting-amount controller moves the small member and generates a slit cutting file, which includes the calculated slit cutting amount, in a state the small member is connected to the panel. The panel analyzing controller determines the straightness and verticality of longi, which is formed on the panel using the panel measuring file. The panel analyzing controller generates a panel-member analyzing file, which includes the straightness and verticality of the longi.
