PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a diamond grinding tool is provided to improve the grinding or cutting characteristics of a diamond grind tool by freely arranging diamond particles and prevent the separation of the others when one of the diamond particles falls off. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a diamond grinding tool is as follows. Diamond particles(22) are coated to a thickness greater than the size of the biggest diamond particles. Metal powder and diamond particles arranged in the metal powder are molded with a mold. The molded product is pressed in the vertical direction or/and the horizontal direction. The pressed molded product is sintered by heat.
