PURPOSE: A multifunctional water tank assembly is provided to easily discharge a chlorine component from an inner portion of the tank without using a fan. CONSTITUTION: A multifunctional water tank comprises a tank unit(100), a manhole discharge unit(200), a pipeline unit(300), and an ultraviolet ray irradiating unit. The manhole discharging unit discharges a chlorine gas occurring from the tank unit, and the pipeline unit supplies water to the tank unit. The ultraviolet ray irradiating unit irradiates an ultraviolet ray to the water stored in the tank. The tank unit includes a lower body(110), an upper body(120), a main sealing member and a main clamp(140).
