PURPOSE: A fuel producing apparatus using dyeing wastewater sludge is provided to easily store a sludge/coal powder mixture into a silo type storage by producing the mixture into a granule shape. CONSTITUTION: A fuel producing apparatus using dyeing wastewater sludge of a coal thermoelectric power generation boiler contains the following: a boiler combusting crushed coal; an air pre-heater transferring the heat from combustion gas exhausted from the boiler to combustion air; a dust collector; a denitrification/desulfurization device; a chimney; a sludge extruder with plural nozzles; a coal crusher installed closely to the sludge extruder; a conveyor belt; an air heat-exchanger collecting the heat from exhausted gas from the chimney; a spin dryer; and a storage supplier.
