PURPOSE: A device for constructing a granular compaction pile using vertical impact with a uniform cycle and a method for constructing a granular compaction pile using the same are provided to improve the shearing strength of a granular compaction pile. CONSTITUTION: A device for constructing a granular compaction pile using vertical impact with a uniform cycle comprises a device body(100), a leader(200), an earth auger(300), a casing auger(400), a broken stone placer(500), and a rod rammer(600). The device body has a traveling unit(110) and a revolving unit(120). The leader is installed in the front of the revolving unit. The earth auger and the casing auger are arranged in the front of the leader. The broken stone placer is arranged in the right of the leader. The rod rammer is arranged in the left of the leader.
