PURPOSE: A construction structure and a construction method of a retaining wall with natural stone are provided to securely form a retaining wall with natural stone even in a place where excavation is difficult. CONSTITUTION: A construction structure of a retaining wall with natural stone comprises footing concrete, a vertical angle(20), a natural stone plate(30), and a concrete layer(50). The footing concrete is formed in the front of a cut area or a hill. The bottom end of the vertical angle is fixed to the footing concrete. The natural stone plate is fixed to the vertical angle using fixing brackets(40) and fixing bars(43). The concrete layer is formed on the rear surface of the vertical angle between a brick layer(25) and the natural stone plate.
