METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THIN FILM SOLAR CELL

PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a thin film solar cell is provided to prevent a void which is generated in a light absorption layer by simultaneously allowing the components in a thin film to be reacted in a thermal process. CONSTITUTION: A unit precursor layer, including a thin film containing a Ib group element and a IIIa group element, is formed on a substrate(S1). A light absorption layer is formed by laminating a unit precursor layer(S2). A light absorption layer is formed by thermal-processing the precursor layer(S3). A thin film including a lb group element and a thin film including IIIa group element have a thickness of 10Å-1,000Årespectively.
