PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device is provided to reduce the overall thickness of an OLED by forming a second substrate in a metal foil and forming an external surface of the metal foil in convexo concave shape. CONSTITUTION: A driving thin film transistor(DTr) and an organic electroluminescent diode(E) are formed on a first substrate(101). A semiconductor layer(201) is formed on the first substrate. A gate insulating layer(203) is formed on the semiconductor layer. A second substrate(200) is bonded with the first substrate as being spaced from each other with an interval.
