<p>PURPOSE: An adhesive composition for halogen-free coverlay film is provided to ensure excellent fire retardant characteristic, adhesive force and heat resistance, and to prevent degradation of properties under high-humidity. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive composition for halogen-free coverlay film includes (a) an acrylic resin which includes a hydroxy group and a carboxy group and has 300,000~800,000 of average molecular weight and 800~10,000 cP of viscosity at 25°C, (b) a phenol resin, (c) a polyfunctional epoxy resin, (d) a hardener, (e) a curing accelerator, (f) a non-halogen flame retardant, (g) inorganic particles, and (f) a cross-linking agent.</p> |
