PURPOSE: A washing machine is provided to prevent the loosening of a hub fixing nut by producing a drum shaft and the hub fixing nut in the same material. CONSTITUTION: A washing machine includes a tub, a drum body, a drum base, a hub(11), a drum shaft(56), a hub fixing nut(124). The drum body is prepared inside the tub and allows the rotation thereof. The drum base is coupled to the lower portion of the drum body. The hub is coupled to the drum base. The drum shaft is connected to the hub so that the drum shaft rotates the hub. The hub fixing nut is thread-coupled to the drum shaft, and fixes the hub to the drum shaft. The drum shaft is formed in the same material as the hub fixing nut. A thermally treated portion(124') is formed at the hub fixing nut. |
