PURPOSE: A system and a method of guiding a telephone number providing a multi search service by analyzing telephone number explanation information are provided to automatically perform keyword classification and recognition by registering telephone number explanation information. CONSTITUTION: A keyword management module(22) selects a representative keyword and a similar keyword of the representative keyword through natural language analysis of a telephone number explanation information. A telephone number guide module(23) receives a search word of a requested telephone number from an operator terminal(5). The telephone number guide module inquires a representative keyword of a keyword search DB by the search word. The telephone number guide module provides another representative keyword of the telephone number in a search result as a candidate keyword to the operator terminal. |
