THE SALICOMIA HERBACEAL NATURAL SALT AND THE METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SALICOMIA HERBACEAL NATURAL SALT

PURPOSE: A producing method of processed salt containing salicornia herbacea using a salicornia herbacea fermented liquid is provided to synthesize minerals and amino acid of the salicornia herbacea with bay salt. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of processed salt containing salicornia herbacea comprises the following steps: collecting salicornia herbacea, washing with drinking water for 2~3times, and removing foreign materials(S10); mixing 85~90wt% of salicornia herbacea,7~12wt% of onion, 3~5wt% of oligosaccharide, and adding purified water and lactobacillus before fermenting; injecting amino-acid bacteria to age for 30~40days at 22~27deg C(S20); washing bay salt with the aeration-type instantly washing, and removing brine using the centrifugal force(S30); dehydrating the washed bay salt and drying(S40); inserting the obtained salicornia herbacea fermented liquid into a tank, and dipping the bay salt, for aging for 48~60hours(S50); and heat-drying at 100~120deg C(S60).
