PURPOSE: A method of fabricating a thin film solar cell and apparatus for fabricating the thin film solar cell is provided to improve productivity of a thin film solar cell by attaching a halogen or ultra-violet ray lamp to a loader and thermal-processing a support. CONSTITUTION: A reaction solution(104) is inputted into a reaction chamber. A supporter is fixed to a loader(102) A light absorption layer(106) is formed on the supporter. The loader is arranged in a reaction chamber to dip the support into the reaction solution. A buffer layer is formed while thermal-processing the supporter.
