PURPOSE: An impurity removal apparatus for a centrifugal force filter system is provided to improve back-wash and high viscosity impurity removal efficiency and to extend the operation time of the filter system. CONSTITUTION: An impurity removal apparatus(100) for a centrifugal force filter system comprises the following: a housing(20) separating impurities from high viscosity fluid and discharges the fluid to the outside; a filter(40) rotatably installed in the inside of the housing around a rotary shaft(62), for filtering and separating the impurities; a motor(60) rotating the rotary shaft; and an inner container(30) for attaching the impurities separated by the rotation of the filter.
